Red / Black Card Classroom Game to Show Free Rider Problem and Cooperation

Please note that I am not claiming any intellectual property with regard to this game; many people have played games of this type. I am writing it up for the Just Enviro Econ website so that it is a module that folks can easily grab and use for their classes if they don’t already know about it, with a particular focus not only on the non-cooperative equilibrium but on other dynamics.
